Installations

There are two options for installation. One option is to have the stair project fully installed by us, keeping the same designing craftsman on the job. The other option is to pre-cut and assemble stair components to be shipped to an outside builder.

Finishing

We offer pre-finishing of stair components in our facility to assure quality finishes and save site labor and finishing issues.

You can always call us for all the components needed to construct balustrades and stairs in a large variety of wood species. Our handrails do not have the unsightly finger joins seen in many structures.

3D Modeling Software

When we are working with you for your staircase design, we can create an interactive 3D model. This allows you to truly feel and see what your staircase is going to look like. This also allows us to make changes easily, while updating the 3D model. One example of this can be seen below.

CNC Machining

In addition to our stairs, we offer CNC machining for specialty milling for a variety of customer’s needs.

We have both, 3 axis and 5 axis Shoda CNC machines that bring a high level of precision and quality to all aspects of the stair components. This combined with the 3D parametric Staircon software provides a streamline process from design to machine.
